How to cook?
Measure and Mix: Open the Khichdi Mix, pour it into a cup, and measure 3 cups of water for every cup of mix.Cook in Cooker. Boil water in a cooker, add the mix (and Desi Ghee if desired), close the lid, and cook for 3-4 whistles on medium flame, then 2-3 minutes on low flame.Once cooked, your healthy khichdi is ready to eat.
