How to cook?
Prepare the Batter. Open the Idli mix and pour it into a bowl. Add 1.25 cups of water for every cup of mix and stir until the mixture is lump-free. Let it soak for 10-15 minutes, then stir again.Grease and Pour. Lightly grease the idli mould with oil, and pour the batter into the moulds.Steam the idlis for 20 minutes. Once done, your healthy idlis are ready to enjoy!
